Needing this ointment for both headaches and trance work, its an absolute winner! I believe it is one of the milder ointments to choose, so I would definitely recommend this for beginners or those who are scared to jump right in and use something like the Belladonna, Datura, etc. This makes it much easier for me to slip into trance when performing divination or meditative work, which has only allowed me to grow in my craft. I have raved about this ointment to several friends, especially those with chronic pain. I also suffer from chronic tension headaches that can be quite debilitating. It often feels as though my brain is going to explode from all of the tension on my temples and neck. This ointment does the trick and greatly helps the pain until the headache passes. It has been an absolute lifesaver and helps me escape the awful pains of those horrible, horrible headaches. I definitely recommend for migraines/headaches as well as flying! 🙂
